POLICIES:

REGISTRATION: Registration will be processed only upon receipt of full payment. NO spaces will be held or reserved. Wait lists will be created for classes that have reached maximum enrollment. Acceptable forms of payment are personal check, Visa or Mastercard.

REGISTRATION FEE: There is a $25 annual registration fee per family. Registration fees are not refundable.

MAKE-UP’S: Only 2 make-up classes per session are allowed. Please call the office if you miss a class and we will work with you to schedule a make up class.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We reserve the right to cancel classes with insufficient enrollment or to modify classes and/or schedules when necessary.

REFUNDS: A pro-rated refund will be issued after the first class of the session if requested. There are no refunds for classes dropped after the second class of a season.  There are no refunds for Little Maestro and TADA classes. Registration fee’s will not be refunded.

RETURNED CHECKS: There is a $35 charge for any returned checks.
